At Georgians Connecting Communities, Inc., our mission is to bridge the gap between available and unavailable social services to Georgia communities and families, particularly the elderly and Georgians with disability challenges.

We offer a variety of programs and services to assist and support low-income elderly population with food, utilities, rent, handicap rails and ramps, basic toiletries, personal hygiene supplies, medical transportation, medical supplies and equipments.
